DokuAI – Site Documentation
Version 3.1.0, updated Sep 26, 2026, available since 2025
About this app
Quoted from the App Store listing, written for the app's users.
Your site documentation is finished before you leave the site. DokuAI turns a photo and a voice note into a finished report in minutes.
THE CORE SELLING POINTS
• Reports that write themselves
Snap a few photos, speak your notes. The AI turns them into a structured, ready-to-send report automatically. The report is ready in minutes.
• Measure with your camera
Just tap two points in the camera view. The app measures the distance with AR and drops the dimension straight onto the photo. Your phone is the measuring tool.
• Works offline too
Capture and send from a dead zone on site. The report goes out automatically the moment you're back online. Everything stays saved until the report is sent.
• Professional PDFs on your own letterhead
Polished reports in your company's design with your logo, ready to share instantly by email or messenger.
• Sign right in the app
Get sign-offs and handovers signed on the spot. The signature goes straight into the PDF.
