How it works

  1. Free call (30 min). You tell me your idea in plain words. We scope it together.
  2. Fixed-price offer. Scope, price per milestone and date are set in writing before any code is written.
  3. Build. I build the app and keep you updated with clickable milestones.
  4. Handover. The app sits in your store account; code and accounts have been on your side from day one, and at the end you get the full documentation.

Why an architect instead of an agency or freelancer

How long does it take?

A First Version (MVP) takes 2 to 4 weeks, a Market-Ready App with its server side 3 to 4 months. The exact date is fixed in writing before the build starts, and it is a commitment, not a target.

Who owns the source code?

The code sits in your repository from day one; with each paid milestone, the rights to everything delivered up to that point pass to you. Accounts are set up in your name from the start, and the documentation is handed over in full, with no vendor lock-in. You can continue with any other team whenever you want.

Do I get the app on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. A Market-Ready App is built from one shared codebase for iPhone and Android. A First Version usually starts on one platform to get in front of real users faster.

Is hiring one person risky?

With one person, nothing gets lost in handoffs between vendors, you have one point of contact, and accountability is clear. The risk is limited by a fixed price per milestone and by keeping code, accounts, documentation and runbooks on your side from the start, so another experienced developer can take over if needed. Every build comes with an emergency handbook, an account register and an exit plan.

I already have an app or an AI prototype. Do I need a developer to build it again?
