We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) unless required by law.

7. Liability for Content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general laws. Pursuant to §§ 8–10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known; on notice, the content will be removed immediately.

8. Liability for Links

Our Services may contain links to external third-party websites whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is solely responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was recognisable. Permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. On notice, infringing links will be removed immediately.

9. Copyright

Content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law (UrhG). Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Third-party content is identified as such; please notify us of any copyright infringements and we will remove the affected content immediately.

A formal DPO has not been appointed; the Provider does not meet the threshold criteria for mandatory appointment under Art. 37 GDPR / § 38 BDSG.
