The Gulf moves fast, and the local app market has priced accordingly. Between agencies quoting enterprise rates for a first version and offshore shops quoting a number that cannot possibly include operating the thing, there is a gap. This sits in it: one senior architect, a fixed price, and a product built to survive its own success.
A contract that does not need a working group
You contract with DigitalFreedom Global LLC, registered in Wyoming, in US dollars. Scope, budget and risks are locked in writing before anything is built. Extra scope comes only through a written change order you approve, never an open-ended invoice.
Privacy principles, planned before the first table
The data model is planned with GDPR in mind. Its principles overlap with many of those in the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the separate DIFC and ADGM frameworks; which of them apply to you is for you to confirm. Building to the tighter standard once is cheaper than retrofitting to the looser one twice. Where the data physically lives is decided before the build, not discovered in an audit, and the hosting region for your project is written into the contract.
Written coordination, calls by appointment
Work runs asynchronously: decisions are written down, progress is readable whenever you look, and calls happen when a call beats a paragraph.
The deal
- First Version (MVP) in two to four weeks from $27,800; an app left behind by another vendor is rescued from $27,800
- Fixed price and scope in writing before the first line of code
- Market-ready app for iPhone and Android from one codebase, macOS native where it belongs
- Full handover of code, cloud accounts, store listings and documentation
- Arabic and other localizations planned from the start when you need them
How the remote model works: remote app developer.
